The Role:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Office Manager to join our team. This role will be based in our modern offices in central London and will involve a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing HR, recruitment, and executive assistance.

Basic salary: £30,000 pa + commission. OTE £50,000

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Oversee HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and policy enforcement.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process and attract top talent to the organization

Executive Assistance:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

Office Management:

  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate or property industry
  • An understanding of HR practices and employment law.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques - desirable
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
