Scope of Work
Manage construction activities on board, ensuring coordination among departments and collaborating with the Master for marine operations. Drive project execution to meet deadlines, enhance productivity, and minimize costs while upholding project specifications and QHSE standards. Enforce HSE policies rigorously to ensure safe construction activities, leading by example and motivating crew adherence. Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work system and conduct daily safety talks and JSAs. Optimize resource utilization and address onboard challenges proactively. Monitor subcontractors' performance and facilitate communication with the vessel organization. Plan personnel and equipment mobilization efficiently, exploring synergies with other company projects. Represent the Project Manager in discussions with Client Representatives aboard. Foster clear communication among vessel departments and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Facilitate onboarding, training, and competence assessment of new resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize risks and enhance efficiency. Provide support to the Project Team in resolving technical and management issues. Assist the Master during emergencies, ensuring crew safety adherence. Ensure timely issuance, storage, and updating of all required documentation.
