Ofsted Registered Manager
What your Monday – Friday will look like:
Lead a team in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation. Build partnerships with parents, carers, and professionals to safeguard welfare. Supervise staff, prioritise safeguarding, and involve young people in assessing care quality.
The things you’ll need:
Desirable recent Ofsted Registered manager experience in children's residential services. (Alternatively, deputies or home managers transitioning to Ofsted-regulated environments encouraged.) A Level 5 Leadership and Management (or working towards), and a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Services (Or equivalent), compassionate child-focused approach, regulatory expertise, strong leadership, and effective team management. Full UK Manual Driving Licence preferred
