About The Role

As an Oncology Nursing Service Manager you will be responsible for the leadership and management your nursing team ensuring the consistent delivery of high quality, safe clinical care. You will be required to work in close partnership with our Clinical Operations Managers and other functions of the business to provide outstanding services and assist the growth and development of our business.
In addition, you will be required to undertake clinical duties as an when appropriate. You will strive to ensure care and services are delivered efficiently and effectively across the region.If you're an experienced Oncology Nurse with a passion for leadership, then this role is for you!

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be an experiencedOncologyNurse with a valid NMC PIN and either a formal Oncology qualification, SACT passport or inhouse Oncology training to administer SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy)
You will have previous people management experience and be keen to support, mentor and coach a field-based team. You will be well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload and itinerary, basic IT skills are required. In addition, there will be a requirement to travel, so a full UK driving license is essential.
