Are you looking to progress your career in the Leisure industry? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to lead one of our Leisure Centres.

Are you passionate about health, fitness, and community well-being? We are currently seeking a Centre Manager to lead our vibrant leisure centre at Huntingdon.

As the driving force, you will oversee various service areas, from the gym floor to the swimming pool, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers.

In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for inspirational leadership and direction to the centre's staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and inclusivity. Along with managing the day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and customer service, you'll also have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, retention, and engagement.

Using your experience in management within the leisure, hospitality, or related industry, you'll have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll be adept at resource management, budgeting and financial planning.
