Due to continued growth across the market, we are now looking to expand our Commercial team. This role will play a pivotal part in capturing the exciting market opportunity for further expansion within the Foodservice/OOH and Wholesale channels. Reporting to Commercial Director, the National Account Manager role will focus on a combination of account management and driving new business. The core role will be to lead and deliver the growth opportunity over the 2-3 years through new distribution in your designated customers supported by marketing investment and new product development. Management of foodservice wholesalers and buying group customers across the UK Negotiation and implementation of cost price increases, joint business plans and promotional support in line with Regal’s financial and brand targets. Execution of any account agreements and ensure a positive £ROI for Regal and always optimise profitability. Secure new listings and distribution to support Regal’s growth – incremental product range & new products brands. Drive new business to develop and new accounts / channel breakthrough strategies and joint business plans. Analyse market, category and account data to gain insight to develop account and channel to create selling stories and competitive advantage. Stake-holder engagement- directing the workload / direction of customer projects and customer fulfilment. Currently be working in a branded or own label FMCG business (Food or Non-Food) with Foodservice customers and/or key end users.
