2 ADMINISTRATOR ROLES AVAILABLE, JUST IN TODAY!The Best Connection are recruiting for 2 Administrators to join one of our prestigious Recycling companies based in the North East Birmingham area. This will be an ongoing position which can start immediately after a successful interview.Working in an office environment of a metal recycling plant, the role will involve dealing with administrative duties of the site and internal company policiesThe Key Responsibilities of Administrator are as follows: Produce accurate and timely customer (Consolidation) reportsProduce Load Lists and Self BillsPrepare and distribute customer price schedules and continuously update prices on the Navision systemCreate contracts on the Navision systemInvestigate and resolve internal queriesLiaise with the Transport Department & Weighbridge personnelSupport the Commercial Ferrous, Non Ferrous, & Factory Contracts TeamDeal with all administrative customer queriesRoute website queries, and incoming calls to the appropriate contactMake courtesy calls to existing suppliers, and provide feedback to Senior ManagersManage all Inter Company pricesDeal with all Head Office accounts/administration requestsAssist with Reception cover, as the company requiresKey Skills/Competencies we are looking for:Exceptional organisational skills and High levels of attention to detail and accuracySelf-motivated, flexible and adaptableStrong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to presentation and strong customer focusConfident and polite telephone manner and ability to work as part of a teamGood problem solving skills, combined with the ability to stay calm under pressureStrong IT skills, in particular Excel to an intermediate levelEXPERIENCE IN KEY ELEMENTS OF THE SCRAP METAL AND WASTE MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY ARE BENEFICIAL Hours of work:Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 (30 min break)Pay rate:£26,000 per annum / £12.50 per hourHigher rate is achieved upon a successful interview.
