Are you an Operational Resilience Specialist, and capable of spearheading business continutuiy?Our client, an established insurance specialist, seeks an Operational Resilience Specialist with expertise in business continuty to reviews and manage organisational resilience adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.In the role, you will be exposed to: Managing and delivering analysis of Business Continuity Management to meet external and internal legal and regulatory requirementsCollaborating with global Business Resilience activities to ensure alignment – dependency mapping, systems reliance, people reliance and location relianceManaging the compliance of organizational resiliency, regulatory and relevant policy requirements and support implementation activitiesDelivers new controls and procedures in response to areas such as changes in regulation/legislation, feedback from the business, operational risk and technology changesReviewing of all policies, procedures and checklists to ensure they are robust, scalable and meet the business requirements as it continues to evolveFacilitates scenario testing activities in line with scenario testing requirements Company: Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)London officeUp to £70, depending on experience with bonus and wider benefitsCareer progressive and forward thinking Desired: Proven experience and comprehension of UK Operational Resilience regulations and Business ContinuityExperience deliverying and writing Resilience exercisesExperience with multi country Business Continuity program To be considered for the opportunity please make a direct application.
