We are currently recruiting for a Operations Administrator to join our Operations department in our Market Road, London, Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful candidate will manage the daily wholesale operations and logistics tasks following the order entry process from the Sales Team. The Operations Administrator will also manage the critical path’s associated tasks such as Item system set up, sales and purchase order upload, to ensure the delivery of goods on time in collaboration with other departments.

As a Operations Administrator, you will:

  • Seasonal order book management and system set up.
  • Liaison with the internal Sales department to ensure clear client channel of communication.
  • Processing of order confirmations, invoices and credits for clients.
  • Processing any tasks related to purchase invoices, credits and claims with suppliers.
  • Stock receipt and allocation on sales orders.
  • Liaison between Credit Control and Accounts departments to facilitate accurate and timely shipments within credit limits
  • Coordination of dispatches to customers in the UK and overseas.
  • Internal liaison with Logistics and warehouse functions
  • Managing the process of re-orders and stock-orders.
  • Focus on maintaining and ensuring exceptional customer service in the delivery of goods and order fulfilment.
  • Internal document archiving, filing and storage of key client documents.
  • Year end vendor accounts reconciliations.
