Since 2002 we have delivered world class contract electronic manufacturing solutions to a broad customer base and we’re currently seeking to expand our Senior Leadership Team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver operational goals in line with corporate strategy including OTIF, budget, quality safety, people development, capability
- Develop, set and deliver strategic direction for people, equipment, technology and results in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment
- Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters.
- Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
- Be the company’s main advisor on all issues relating to operational functions and keep abreast of latest developments to ensure the company maintains its competitive position.
- Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
About you:
- Proven, extensive and inspirational leadership experience gained in a relevant fast-paced, rapidly changing and complex batch manufacturing environment
- Have successfully used your communication skills to achieve cohesion, trust, direction and purpose across an organisation at an individual, team and organisational level
- Ability to work under pressure, quickly understand complex issues and propose solutions, sometimes to very tight deadlines
- Extensively used data to evaluate, manage, improve and maximise performance
- Has set, executed and delivered strategic direction for people, equipment, technology and results in a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment
- Degree in relevant engineering or commercial discipline
