Join Our Team as a Production Process Engineer and Shape the Future of Manufacturing!
Immingham Plant
Salary: £47,580 + 10% Bonus (Salary may vary based on experience)
5 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

We are seeking a talented Production Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Immingham Plant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving our production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Analyse and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Project Management: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvements and cost reductions.
Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaboration: Work closely with production teams, maintenance personnel, and other engineers to achieve operational excellence.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Open to recent graduates and professionals with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process engineering principles, and data analysis tools.
Competitive Salary: £47,582.08 with an additional 10% performance-based bonus. Salary adjustments will be made based on experience for recent graduates.
