With considerable growth year on year, this brilliant health & wellness business is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. Having established listings across UK retail and the OOH sector the growth trajectory is huge, with this role playing a pivotal part in the growth of their supply chain and operations.
This is one of the fastest growing categories in the FMCG market, with one of five consumers now having tried the product, this exciting business is one of the few leading brands in the category with major expansion plans for 2024 and beyond.
Opportunity:
You will:
- Oversee planning of Finished Goods and Materials.
- Manage the relationship with the 3PL.
- Deliver cost saving improvement projects.
- Support on optimising the Supply Chain during the scale up phase.
- Find future partners and platforms to improve the operation efficiency.
- Manage the ERP system.
- Manage supplier relationships and tender for new partners.
You:
This is what you need:
- 3+ years operations experience for a food or drink manufacturer.
- Experience in scaling supply chain operations during a growth phase.
- Ability to find quick solutions for operational issues.
- Effective communication skills.
- Passionate about Health & Wellness.
- Highly organised with a high attention to detail.
