East Midlands - Field Based
£45,000 - £50,000 Salary + Company Car + Pension + Progression + Good Holiday + Annual Salary Reviews
Are you a proactive Operations Manager looking to spearhead growth in the exciting solar industry?
Do you have strong operational experience of large scale electrical, mechanical or construction project deployment?
This company specialises in the installation of commercial solar systems, predominantly rooftop mounted. They have experienced strong growth over the last couple of years, boasting a full forward order book which allows for exciting growth targets to be put in place. They now require an Operations Manager to join the business to develop their installation capacity across the East of England and help drive growth over the next 5 years.
In this role you will be responsible for the operations of on-site scaffolding, panel installation, electrical works to solar energy system commissioning as well as being the point of contact for clients during the installation process. The Ideal candidate will have proven experience of large scale mechanical or electrical installations or construction projects on a multi-site level. Solar energy or electrical installation experience on a wide scale would be an advantage.
You must also have the ability to manage teams across multi-projects and help develop the scale of operations through increase of capacity and number of installation teams.

The Person:
*Proven experience of large scale electrical, mechanical or construction installation on a multi-site basis
*Solar energy or electrical installation on a wide scale (Desirable)
*Ability to hit the ground running - quickly increase operational capacity through scaling up operations and increasing teams
*Health and safety, installation team management, logistics and electrical experience
