An opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Optimisation Manager/ CRO Manager to join their talented marketing team. You’ll play a pivotal leadership role, developing the strategy and improving the onsite customer experience and overall customer journey – all to maximize lead generation activity and performance.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the user experience performance to identify opportunities to improve the end to end customer journey
  • Conduct segment and scenario led usability studies to create actionable insights leading to improvements in site performance
  • Propose and implement in collaboration with the Digital, Tech and IT Teams, leading to insight led technical site developments to improve conversion rate
  • Work effectively with the Content Manager to ensure that content is optimised on all sites
  • Define, implement and evaluate A/B and MVT testing to drive conversion rate improvements
  • Ensure conversion improvements are managed across all device types.
  • Maximise the use of Google Analytics (and other tools as appropriate) to unearth actionable insights to drive gains in conversion rate
  • Propose and manage the annual Digital Conversion budget, overseeing spend, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure all activity is consistent with brand guidelines and integrates with other digital and offline activity.
