Job Description
Salary - NJC Grade F SCP 19 - 24 £29,777 - £33,024 per annum pro rata for part time hours
Closing Date - 20th September 2024 at 23.59pm
We are looking for a motivated individual with a specific passion, knowledge and skill set for outdoor activities, mainly including indoor climbing walls.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day operations of the climbing bouldering walls.
- Delivery coordination of staff and the safe operation of the walls.
- Responsible for the role of NICAS Director in terms of delivery and health safety administration.
- Create and implement all health safety documentation including checks, reviews, and risk assessments.
- Plan bespoke climbing sessions for the community, including schools, community groups, and disability groups.
- Work with the marketing officer to create promotions and awareness of the climbing walls.
- Responsible for staff appraisals, informal disciplinary, and performance meetings.
- Responsible for planning essential maintenance servicing (including route setting).
