Outsourcing Manager - St Albans
- Managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts varying in both size and sector.
- Delivering high-quality accounting and finance services to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Help clients improve ways of working which could include helping them implement new software.
- Helping show clients how management accounts can help them with strategy and business planning
- Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior associates.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of company strategy.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Outsourcing Manager should have:
- Professional accreditation such as ACCA/ACA, (ideally Newly Qualified) .
- Proven experience in managing client accounts within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team.
