Job Description
I am recruiting for a highly experienced PA/EA for one of my clients. This role will be supporting the Managing Director with support in both personal & business elements of their business. The successful should have previous similar experience working for and with HNW individuals ideally within a creative industry. This role requires someone who is tactful, super-efficient and flexible with a 'can do' attitude. The right person must be unflappable pro-active with high attention to detail ,be competent with travel, highly complex diaries and itineraries. This is role does offer hybrid working.
Main Duties will include
Organise travel arrangements, Itineraries , events, management meetings, collation of agenda's reports and presentations.
Arrange all internal and external meetings/VCs across different time zones.
Schedule and confirm all business meetings.
Take on a variety of personal projects.
Person specification:
Experience within an PA role at Senior Level with solid mix of personal and business experience.
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with HNW individuals highly desirable
Superior organisational skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload and work independently.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
This role requires someone who is tactful, super-efficient and flexible with a Can do attitude.
Detail Oriented, strong business sense and meticulous.
