PA for Architecture Firm
£40,000k to £45,000K
Imperial Warf, London
I am looking for candidates with at least 2 years PA experience to join a fabulous architecture firm in exceptionally trendy offices in Imperial Warf. Due to the creative nature of the company, candidates must have experience working with either Indesign or Photoshop.
This is a busy, varied role with plenty of scope for growth, where you will be working closely with a Senior Director undertaking traditional PA duties.
The role includes:
- Diary management
- Inbox management
- Research tasks
- First point of contact for clients
- Meeting logistics
- Expenses
You will be:
- Min 2 years Personal Assistant experience
- Photoshop or Indesign experience essential
- Confident, sparky personality
- Muck in, can do attitude
- Happy to be 5 days office based
