Vivienne Westwood is looking for a PA to the Group CFO in our Offices in Battersea (London) on a Full Time basis for 12 Months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Secretarial and administrative duties (i.e. filing, courier documents, distribute correspondence, documents scanning, photocopying)
  • Accurate Diary and Inbox management.
  • Main point of contact for internal and external queries regarding the Group CFO.
  • Responsible for organising internal and external appointments / conference calls.
  • Coordinating and attending meetings, taking notes, preparing minutes and progressing agreed actions.
  • Supporting the Group CFO in working closely with senior management.
  • Booking travel and researching travel options when required, preparing a full travel itinerary and days in lieu requests.
  • Preparing the monthly Activities Report for the CEO.
  • Taking care of cash in advance requests and managing expenses.
  • Responsible for the management of ad hoc projects as necessary.
  • Working with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure queries are answered.
  • Able to work from various locations when required.
  • Any other ad hoc duty

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

  • Highly experienced (above 5 years of experience)
  • The ability to adapt in different situations.
  • Capable to confidently communicate with different stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • The ability to build and maintain internal/external relationships.
  • Confident and with proactive approach to work
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Trustworthy and organised with the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
