By having access to a huge amount of 1st party travel data in EMEA and globally, we are able to build highly targeted audiences and allow brands to reach their potential customers. We are on a mission to grow and realise the potential of this business and as our revenues scale quickly we need the best team to come in and help us grow revenues even more. The role: We are looking for a high performing senior team lead to help build and run a team of optimisers who will be responsible for the running and success of our clients’ campaigns across DSPs such as Facebook and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will have a significant history of running paid ads for social media campaigns which have achieved clear objectives for their business or clients as well as running a team under them. Duties & Responsibilities: Daily review and management of digital performance campaigns on Social Media Marketing: Facebook, Instagram, Google etc. Optimising and split testing to find the winning audiences which can scale and perform against client KPIs Work closely with the Account Management team so they can communicate with and manage our clients on a daily basis Manage/track optimization changes to establish best practice Work closely with the Global Head of Optimization to ensure maximum campaign performance for the maximum margin Collaborate working closely with the sales team aiding in the sales process as needed Handle and monitor campaign budgets Proven track record of increasing the performance on advertising campaigns and meeting clientele exceeding expectations Requirements: 5+ years’ experience working with an agency running multiple campaigns – please do not apply if you do not have this experience 2+ years of running a high performing ad ops team or 3+ years in a Senior ops position Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google and TikTok advertising An deep understanding for running programmatic. Digital advertising expertise with a commercial mindset Keen attention to detail and process driven approach; driving operational efficiencies across the business Experienced working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial organization Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentational.
