About This Role Bordeaux & Burgundy is actively seeking a Paid Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and managing paid media campaigns for our clients. As a Paid Media Executive, you work cross-functionally with internal creative and digital stakeholders to produce and execute paid media programmes across a range of platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, X (Twitter), and more. You will contribute and influence creative production, budgets, and strategies for campaign best practices. Making data-led decisions with a continuous focus on optimizing performance for our clients. Taking performance metrics to build reports, analyze data, and produce actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop campaign structure and set up campaigns within paid media platforms. Being adaptable to work within multiple client platforms and their attached setups Collaborate with the paid media manager and production team to transform client briefs into high-impact demand generation PPC campaigns Leading on budget allocations, bid and spend strategies per campaign. Ensuring both testing and performance are catered for and set up to work harmoniously Work with copywriters and designers to construct high-impact campaign ideas. Being the go-to specialist for assigned campaigns on the best ad types to use and PPC concept execution best practices Provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of campaign performance and activity. Identifying and implementing optimizations at a campaign and strategic level Research target audience performance across PPC platforms and approaches to develop a cohesive, flexible targeting strategy Compile data across all paid media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development Diligently and flawlessly execute assigned areas of every project Stay abreast of changes and new opportunities in the PPC space and proactively communicate key updates to the larger team Conduct competitor research for clients and compile findings into actionable insights Train and mentor associates on agency best practices This role includes occasional client-facing meetings and presentations as required by the agency in support of the account management team Essential Qualifications 3+ years of PPC experience Experience running B2B demand-generation campaigns Deep understanding of Google Ad Manager, Google Display Network, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising Stays up-to-date on the latest trends in PPC, including advertising formats, channels and technologies, in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services Intermediate level understanding of Excel functions (ie. VLook-up, Pivot Table, chart building) and PowerPoint/Google Slides Intermediate level understanding of Google Data Studio Understanding of analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Adobe SiteCatalyst) Excellent attention to detail Creative mindset Entrepreneurial spirit Desirable Qualifications Experience with Reddit, Programmatic, Meta, and out-of-home media purchasing Desired Personality Traits Forward-thinking, motivated and possesses a strong sense of ownership Highly affable, collaborative, and positive in mindset Adept at problem-solving and clear, capable communication Role Benefits Compensation for this role is up to £30,000 per annum based on experience Remote-first working environment Generous holiday allowance
