Your Role

We are looking for a dynamic Paid Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, optimising and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You would ideally have an eye for detail, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising.

This is a distinctive role within Fifty's performance team, providing the successful candidate with a rare and exciting opportunity to acquire proficiency in three areas of paid media. These include 'Paid Search', 'Paid Social', and 'Programmatic'.

This experience furnishes the candidate with a comprehensive understanding of these domains, unique insights into digital advertising, and an in-depth perspective of paid media's dynamic ecosystem.

The role promises extensive learning experience, making it an ideal springboard for candidates passionate about shaping their career within digital marketing and media strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Working within our Ad Operations team to respond to client briefs and assist in building campaigns, with an opportunity to learn across all paid digital platforms
  • Optimising live campaigns on a case-by-case basis to ensure we’re providing best-in-class paid media for our clients
  • Assisting in troubleshooting accounts and tracking issues on an ad-hoc basis

Your EssentialSkills

  • 6-12 months experience in a digital marketing role, or equivalent university degree.
  • A good understanding of the paid digital advertising landscape.

Your Salary

£25,000 - £28,000 + 10% bonus

Our Logistics

Our process consists of:

  1. 15 minute meeting with our Senior People Executive to bring your CV to life and give you an insight into working at Fifty
  2. 45 minute video meeting with the hiring team who will ask and answer role specific questions
  3. Task based interview focusing on your experiences
  4. Face-to-face values based interview with our directors and our Senior People Executive

We are able to let you know if you are invited to an interview or not. However, we do receive a lot of applications and as a small team we are sometimes unable to give individual feedback on each application.
