We’re looking for a Paid Media Executive to join the Media team to support with the day-to-day running of a portfolio of B2B accounts, mainly global tech, business and financial services brands. The successful candidate will work alongside senior media managers and media activation colleagues in managing our clients’ performance campaign channels including paid search, paid social, content syndication and ABM. The role requires a strong working knowledge of digital and biddable media, with a good understanding of Analytics and reporting tools. Key responsibilities Supporting the management of performance campaign channels including paid search, paid social, content syndication and ABM Collecting data and conducting analysis of in-flight and post campaign data with the support of the media manager Setting up data feeds to enable performance tracking in various dashboards Briefing and working with media channels and platforms on upcoming campaigns; providing direction on audiences, budgets and creative assets Reporting on campaigns and liaising with campaign managers to ensure the campaign is on target against the objectives and set KPIs Attending pitches, reporting meetings and client-facing presentations; assisting the media managers and campaign managers Liaising with the agency creative, strategy and production teams to ensure coordination across all workstreams   Requirements 1+ years’ experience in digital media/advertising Good understanding of B2B digital media landscape Experience working within multi-channel digital media campaigns Proven capability in budget management Analytical skills and ability to relate data to a client in a meaningful way Advanced Excel/Powerpoint Strong interpersonal skills – able to effectively build relationships and trust with colleagues and clients A desire to stay at the forefront of the industry and do great work Willingness to share knowledge and actively participate in building an inclusive culture What we offer you Flexible and hybrid working Generous holiday leave and a day off on your birthday Private health insurance Life assurance at four times basic salary Company pension Work-from-home equipment The Croc Wellbeing Day Summer Fridays Deliveroo meal allowance Enhanced Parental Leave Sabbatical Leave Give back days to support causes that matter to you Cycle to work Scheme Regular socials Payment of annual professional membership fees Travel loan Equal Opportunities We are passionate about and committed to creating a diverse and inclusive agency of Fierce Thinkers.
