As a Senior Video & Photography Manager, you will be involved in capturing events, product shoots and brand videos. You will also support our Head of Video & Photography with the day-to-day management of junior team members. Client work will make up approximately 80% of your time and 20% will be focused on supporting our internal marketing team. You will also be expected to travel nationally and internationally for 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

As part of the PPC team, you will also be collaborating with our SEO, business development team and designers to scale our agency performance and innovate with new ideas.

We are looking to build a team that can fulfil larger roles as the agency grows. You will be able to provide support to junior members of the team and drive the development and growth of the agency to meet our ambitious goals.

  • Leading on paid search campaigns with 6 figure ad budgets to drive growth for clients.
  • Structuring your own time effectively, working to both internal and client deadlines.
  • Coaching & mentoring junior members of the team to drive their developmental growth.
  • Growing revenue through upsells or new business when the time is right for the client.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC accounts
  • Experience of working on complex and international accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google and Bing Ads, with experience in Shopping, Search, Display and Performance Max.
  • Experience in Google Sheets (or Excel), Google Docs and digital reporting software.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing automation.
  • Understanding of attribution, tracking and how to communicate this effectively.
