Salary - £30,000 / £35,000

Location - Hybrid Working Bristol

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible and have experience with managing paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on end-to-end paid social media.

This is an opportunity for a current paid media executive or an all-around marketer to utilise their expertise in a new role, working with large budgets across global clients. You will be involved in not only managing campaigns but also creating strategies around Paid Search, Programmatic and Social, based on data you have researched on both our clients and their markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
  • Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Performance Max
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to maximise conversion opportunities and ROAS.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to ensure targeted messaging and efficient campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and report actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure alignment and success of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a focus on paid social media and retargeting.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Proficiency in utilising OpenAI technologies for campaign optimisation and performance enhancement. (Preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and client needs
