Responsibilities…

Will include delegating work and holding regular team and individual catch ups.

You will also be strongly involved in the long-term development of your team by setting and tracking objectives, developing training and best practice docs as well as contributing to the recruitment process for new members of the team.

Client Servicing

● Having complete ownership of client relationships from a paid social perspective, acting as an escalation point for senior client stakeholders
● Project managing the output of junior team members ensuing the highest possible standards are met
● Managing, overseeing and guiding any communication to clients from junior members of the team on accounts you manage, ensuring timely response and clear, consistent communication
● Delivering annual plans and forecasts to the highest possible accuracy based on experience
● Presenting at monthly and quarterly client reviews with confidence
● Ensuring all internal meetings, client meetings and statuses are followed up with clear actions
● Owning all aspects of presentation to clients and working to set an example to junior members for the succinct and confident communication of ideas
● Ensuring clients are regularly updated with new product features, major industry trends and shaping their strategy to take advantage
● Actively seeking out new betas and opportunities for your clients
● Demonstrate a deep understanding of your clients’ industries and competitors and how this tailors the strategic approach in your channel and across the entire mix

Campaign Management

● Having a deep understanding of all major tools used within the agency and their application for differing client strategies
● Being able to confidently guide the use of tools to junior team members
● Correctly assigning tasks across your team according to their experience whilst balancing workloads
● Being accountable for the workflow and quality of work of your team, ensuring that they deliver work on time and to a high standard aligned to your clients’ strategy
● Ensuring every account has an insight driven, clear and achievable 30/60/90-day test schedule, which is reviewed and amended quarterly
● Ensuring your team are logging all significant actions to feed into PCAs and to help shape future activity
● Developing annual strategies that reach and exceed the business goals of your core clients

Reporting and Measurement
● Ensuring every response to brief has a clear set of measurable KPIs and that all parties are aligned
● Ensuring that reports and PCAs contain insightful commentary on performance, key optimisations and recommended next steps
● Innovation and Collaboration
● Leading weekly team catch ups, ensuring there is a clear agenda and that notes are shared afterwards
● Having regular 121 catch ups with your team members and sharing notes afterwards
● Setting objectives for team members and organising bi-monthly catch ups to monitor their progress
● Creating and maintaining training and best practice docs
● Contributing to the recruitment process of the team
● Creating case studies and award entries to help grow the recognition of the team
