Paid Social Executive
Manchester
We are currently seeking a Paid Social Executive. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, you will work closely with the internal teams and Paid Agency to manage and optimise their social media advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Paid Social for a fast paced fashion/ecomm brand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Paid Social Manager in planning, executing, and optimising paid social media campaigns, on Meta and TikTok to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and brief engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to Paid social activity to continually drive channel performance in line with brand targets.
- Effectively measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, ensuring these are aligned with channel objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor competitor activity to ensure we are staying on top of key trends and creatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies are optimised.
- Work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Paid social is essential, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Demonstrable experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (a bonus)
- Great analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working across territories is desirable.
- A keen eye for fashion trends and an understanding of what resonates with a fashion-forward audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Continuously keeping up to date with the latest releases and updates across all platforms.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Challenge the status quo, innovative and open to try new tactics and strategies.
