Must-haves:


  • Min. 4 years’ experience of managing paid social campaigns
  • You’re a confident client manager who is kind and personable
  • Experience of managing brand and performance campaigns across key social platforms
  • Be ambitious, curious and inquisitive
  • You've got a naturally solution-oriented problem solver with an an entrepreneurial spirit, who enjoys tackling challenges head-on
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues when they arise - e.g.: catalogs, tracking, CAPI etc
  • A fully developed understanding of digital marketing and broader business metrics
  • Good grasp of excel and powerpoint fundamentals
  • Ideally you’ve got your social certifications (e.g. Blueprint), have experience of using Google Analytics and experience of Funnel.io &/or Looker Studio would be ideal


What you will do

You’ll primarily be working on the Dr Barbara Sturm account (80%), reporting directly into the Account Lead. The remaining 20% will be allocated to working on the next big creative idea or traditional media channels.


Whilst the role will be initially focused on paid social, there will be the opportunity to expand into other media channels as we grow.


Key responsibilities include


Account management

  • Collaborate closely with your clients, proactively supporting them and our Paid Social Executives in the day-to-day management of social media campaigns
  • Own preparation and lead weekly client status meetings
  • Proactively identify opportunities/challenges before they arise, designing client-oriented solutions to ensure you’re always one-step ahead
  • Be a thought-leader for social, regularly attending in-person meetings with yours client
  • Input into agency pitches and other client plans


Media

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of all Paid Social activations and planning including the production of media plans built around clear rationale and business outcomes
  • Alongside the Paid Social executive, activate campaigns from build to quality assurance
  • Oversee the strategic optimisation of campaigns, actively advising on both media and creative decisions which will influence performance
  • Build and own the client’s learning agenda, including testing roadmap
  • Deliver insightful analysis which drives improved performance via reporting
  • Work with clients to forecast and set targets, building trust in your skills as a media professional
  • Build relationships with key media owners, forging useful relationships across measurement and creative teams


Team & people

  • Directly manage and coach the Senior Paid Social Executive and Biddable Executive on the Dr. Barbara Sturm account
  • Become a trusted source of truth for all things paid social, helping to share your expertise with the wider agency
  • Work with our founders on improving our Paid Social product, ensuring that the tools, tech, processes and training we use are best-in-class
