Your Key Attributes:


  • You will have proven experience as a Paid Social Manager, ideally gained within an agency over 2 years.
  • You thrive in a varied and fast-paced environment, demonstrating an excellent grasp of all facets of social media marketing.
  • You possess exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring quality control and high standards across all paid social media campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach are imperative for this role.

Responsibilities:


  • Proficiency in creating advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok: Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimise effective advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok platforms. This includes audience targeting, ad creative development, budget management, and performance analysis to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop, execute and optimise paid social media campaigns, primarily across Meta and TikTok. Experience with Linkedin would be an advantage.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor campaign performance and optimise to improve performance.
  • Create engaging and compelling content, both in written and visual formats, tailored to the platform and target audience.
  • Provide regular campaign reporting, highlighting campaign performance and future opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with teams across the business to enhance the digital marketing activity for our clients.
  • Keep up to date with paid social media trends and best practice, implementing these in campaigns and providing insight to the Director to increase business opportunities.


Required Skills:


  • In-depth knowledge of paid social media platforms, especially Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and TikTok.
  • Strong copywriting and design skills to produce relevant and engaging ad copy and visual elements as needed per campaign. Experience with design and video software.
  • Confident in establishing and implementing targeting strategies, proactive campaign management and optimisation.
  • Understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of understanding market trends and industry dynamics.
  • Adaptability to the ever-evolving social media landscape and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously.
