Job summary To carry out painting and decorating works to a high standard in the implementation of the painting and decorating programme and day to day maintenance Main duties of the job Carry out redecoration and maintenance work to a high standard. Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings and specifications appropriate to the craft, without supervision. Actively participate in the operation of QE Facilities helpdesk, including the timely completion of work dockets via a PDA (hand held computer).which will include job sheets with Tradesman's report, time taken and materials used for costing purposes.
