THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to pioneer a new role within Coty: Pan EU Amazon Senior Key Account Manager, based in the UK, reporting into the Senior Director of Ecommerce UKI, with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Global eComm in the Netherlands. As Amazon, a strategic partner for Coty in the UK and Europe, adopts a progressively more Pan EU structure, we have decided to create this new and exciting role to be the central point of contact for the retailer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Account Management

  • Track JBP KPIs, course correcting to targets each month in partnership with local markets
  • Manage day-to-day PanEU relationship/project teams
  • Project manage key Pan-EU initiatives, ensuring each function/market is accountable for delivering their tasks
  • Foster commercial uniformity and best-in-class Pan-EU program expansion, while encouraging teamwork
  • "Connects the dots" on key Pan-EU challenges/opportunities, proposes Pan-EU wide solutions & leads to completion (ex: shortage claims, newness ramp, SOA ways of working, KCP planning)
  • "Go to" person for resolving escalations in between Amazon PanEUVendor Manager & local markets
  • Highly accessible to both Amazon and local markets, providing day-to-day 'help needed' (ex: resolving stop shipment negotiations, unblocking local SOA negotiations, responding to Amazon asks, upskilling team members)
Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with Amazon Pan-EU stakeholders as credible business partner: senior, empowered, reliable, and helpful
  • Secure and drive alignment at Pan EU level for all commercial topics within aligned timeframe
  • Collaborate locally, regionally and globally to protect the interest
Negotiation

  • Work closely with Sr. Director to coordinate Pan-EU negotiations, providing recommendations based on local market feedback and best-practices
  • Represent COTY for Pan-EU terms and cost negotiations, while empowering markets to drive their local business
  • Collate market priorities & feedback to build recommendation that achieves both local and regional 'win'
