Panel Beater GlasgowUp to £19.00 PPH + Bonus 42.5 Hour week 08.00 am 17.00 pmOur client is a successful, established accident repair group and they are offering an attractive salary, bonuses, benefits and a superb working environment for the right person.We are looking for individuals who are expert in their trade, professional, conscientious, organised, committed to excellence, exceptional attention to detail and customer focussed. They also need to be able to hit the ground running.Ideally you will have gained at least three years experience within a bodyshop environment and be used to dealing with high volumes of work.For this role it is desirable that you hold a full UK drivers licence.What does the role involve?Making assessments of damaged vehicles, deciding how best to repair it and estimating the time and cost for the repairMending rusted parts of a vehicles bodywork and removing any dents in panelsRepairing minor scratches, or making replacement panelsWelding new or repaired panels into placeFinishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer and keep records of all work carried outWhat do you need to succeed in this role?Full UK drivers licenceATA qualified PreferredUp to date welding qualification desirableExperience in the industryApplicants must:be effective, efficient, experienced Panel Beaters/Panel Technicianshave min 6 years experiencehave ATA accreditationhave own spray gunsbe able to start immediatelyconfidently manage your time and workload, working unsupervisedbe able to work on a wide range of makes and models of carshave a valid UK driving licenseApplicants will takepride in delivering work to a high quality, ensuring the customer receives the best level of customer service.
