Paralegal - Property Litigation (Birmingham)
A leading law firm with one of the best Property Litigation teams in England & Wales is seeking a Property Litigation Paralegal to join them permanently in Birmingham.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The successful candidate will support senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload:
- Assist solicitors and fee earners in day-to-day file management.
- Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for County Court proceedings.
- Manage multiple deadlines across various cases efficiently.
- Prepare trial bundles and liaise with the Court.
- Attend Court to assist Barristers and conduct advocacy on routine matters.
- Organize and maintain accurate files, both electronic and hard copies.
- Conduct legal research and handle enquiries from clients and colleagues.
- Follow department procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Person Specification:
- degree or equivalent qualification.
- property litigation experience, ideally with housing.
What’s on offer:
The successful Paralegal will be offered up to £24.5k per annum plus benefits and hybrid working.
