Job Description

Pear Recruitment – Part time accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator – Southgate

Salary – £12 Per hour

Working hours - 20 hours per week, flexible on hours and when they are worked

Our client is looking for a highly organised individual to work as a Part time Accounts Assistant /Accounts Administrator to work with their lovely vibrant team, you will be based in their busy Southgate branch, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard and within the time frame set. The ideal candidate will be well presented and have a can-do attitude with a great telephone manner and experienced within Accounts.

You will be a key member of the company.

1) INVOICES :

  • Receive invoices from suppliers
  • Check the invoices against work sheets
  • Prepare invoices to Landlords
  • Update the system for Landlords charges and pass the invoices to process the payments
  • Update the Maintenance spreadsheet
  • Receive packs from in house operatives
  • Check their time and material costs against work sheets
  • Prepare invoices to Landlords
  • Update the system for Landlords charges and file the packs.
  • Update the Maintenance spreadsheet

2) CREDIT CARDS:

  • Match the payments with purchase orders or receipts, chase relevant staffs for missing entries
  • Post the credit card transactions on Sage, make sure it balance for all entries & reconcile
  • Filing

3) PETTY CASH:

  • Cross check petty cash bundles for each receipts , find missing receipts and get authorisation from relevant managers
  • Update the petty cash excel spread sheet , import Petty Cash entries to Sage and reconcile the entries
  • Filing

4) Post Landlord Statements to Sage and File the statements

5) Others:

  • Assist Manager to prepare lease Agreement and update the lease agreement details to the system.
  • Post landlord statements and filing.
  • Double check Rent Guarantee Insurances (fee/cost ) and update the system ,if necessary .
