Part-Time Legal Counsel opportunity, Commercial lawyer, well renowned fashion group, Central London, 3-6 PQE
Our client is seeking a commercial lawyer to work closely across the group's business to provide business and legal advice relating to commercial matters.
You will:
- Collaborating closely with Legal team
- Advising on a varied range of complex, high profile and business-critical contracts
- Providing general legal advice and support on a range of issues including IP, Data Protection, litigation, TUPE etc.
- Working closely with and able to build strong relationships with various members of our business and senior legal leadership team
- Developing and maintaining excellent relationships across the groups wider offices with key understanding for certain functions
- Managing external law firms within scope and budget
- Engaging and building a strong network across the wider Legal team and business
Experience required:
- Educated as a qualified lawyer 3-6 PQE in a department at a law firm or in-house.
- Significant experience managing complex disputes with an established law firm or reputable company.
