Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with various administrative tasks and coordinating candidate communication.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, including scheduling, sending confirmations, and collecting feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for accurate and timely documentation.
- Communicate professionally with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary information.
- Support recruiters in organising recruitment events, job pipelines, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal search consultants to understand their needs and help create job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.
Experience:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates through various sourcing methods (not essential).
- Ability to maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £16,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
