Department: Partners

Contract: Part-Time - 3 days per week, Fixed Term - 3 months

Location: Havant, Hampshire, PO9 1QJ

Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working

Role Summary

As a Partner Admin Assistant at FatFace, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our partners and ensuring smooth operations.


Role Responsibilities

  • Support with weekly allocations of new options to our partners as well as reacting to bestsellers through the trading of replenishment.
  • Housekeeping of allocation system including loading of new plans for future launches.
  • Support with the management of the partners phase trackers, reporting intake by week and launch positions by partner.
  • Undertake any admin ad-hoc requests, such as tracking product publishing on partners websites and producing visual line plans for future ranges to send to our Partners.
  • Undertake ad hoc analysis to support team, examples are producing top 10 bestsellers for lessons learnt, category sales performance and online comp shops.
  • Supporting the Partners team with any queries and tasks from our partners.


Skills and Experience

  • A Good Team Player
  • Experience with Administration, best if retail/merch related.
  • Experience with Excel and/or Merch Systems, Outlook, Microsoft Office Package
  • Methodical and direction orientated.
  • Numbers and detail orientated.

  • Passionate about the FatFace brand and embody brand values.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Team working.
  • Use of Board, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Good numerical skills, able to interpret figures.
  • Good time management and organisation. Able to change plans in line with business need
