We are looking for a full time and permanent Parts Advisor to join a fabulous team based in Warwick.This is for a well-known car dealership that is expanding.No weekend work!Salary is £26,000.Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm.Benefits:Free parking on site23 days holiday plus bank holidays - raising to 25 after 5 years continuous servicePension schemeDeath in service insuranceStaff discount on vehicle purchase, car servicing and repairsLong service and loyalty incentivesStaff referral schemeIn-house, manufacturer and professional qualificationsTeam building and reward eventsThe role:You will be directly involved with the general public, trade customers and the supply of the busy workshop in this varied role.Responsibilities:Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehiclesHandle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiencyMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levels to ensure availabilityCollaborate with service technicians to fulfil parts orders and meet customer needsProcess orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely deliveryProvide excellent customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clientsActively contribute to achieving sales targets and maximizing revenueRequirements: We require a well-presented individual with desire, character and attitude to succeed, who is able to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers and most importantly wants to offer the very highest levels of customer service. The successful candidate must be willing to show initiative in a small team and demonstrate a flexible approach. Experience of working within the motor trade would be advantageous although full training will be given. This role offers the chance to progress within the department.
