We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, positive and motivated Designate General Manager with experience in managing a late-night party bars.
My client is a dynamic company with a number of Sports / Party bars, and gastro pubs. throughout the UK. The role is within one of their multi site sports & party bars which throughout the day offer a full menu with an American twist and lots of personality.
This brand is all about energy, freshly cooked food and cocktails with a strong sports and party bar offering. We are looking for a Designate General Manager from a brand or non branded bar / late-night background. It's going to be all about your energy and passion and as such we're really keen to talk to career minded managers with entrepreneurial flair. This would suit an existing Deputy or Senior Assistant Manager looking for promotion and a new and exciting challenge with a business which gives the managers the autonomy and support to be highly successful without being constrained and burdened by the demands of regional management and head office to produce countless reports and data.
The Ideal candidate must enjoy sport / party environment and working late nights, as well as being a huge personality with outstanding leadership qualities and communication skills. The role requires the candidate to be passionate about service standards & product presentation, whilst being able to generate promotions and marketing initiatives to increase sales and profitability in the venue as a whole.
As General Manager you will have total responsibility for your P&L, so financial and stock management experience would be imperative.
The package on offer comprises a highly competitive basic salary of up to £38K plus bonus and incentive trips. This role has become available due to promotion within the group.
