I'm newly partnered with a dynamic, multi-disciplined international property consultancy, ideally seeking a commercially focused assistant level Party Wall Surveyor from a Building Surveying/Real Estate Background to continue the growth of their specialist sub-team within its Building Surveying offering.
An incredibly unique and exciting opportunity to work on various high profile and commercial and residential schemes, the successful candidate must be proficient in managing multiple schemes from inception to completion and capable of managing their own time effectively. The role will be a hybrid one, consisting of Party Wall work and traditional Building Surveying duties and there will be APC support alongside many APC level candidates.
The candidate should be able to provide or be willing to provide new opportunities to assist the growth of the team. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a clear route for career development in an international consultancy with many other benefits.
