I am currently looking to recruit a Patient Care Advisor, to work at a Pharmaceutical company based in Dagenham.
You main duties will include taking care of the patients by answering the phone and taking payment for medications, as well as resolving any queries, concerns and problems or referring them to an appropriately qualified colleague as required. You will ensure the accurate and timely handling of all inbound prescriptions and sales of medications (compounded or prescription-only) and OTC supplements, to ensure patients and prescribers receive the right medications as fast as possible.
They are looking for someone with strong customer service experience, ideally from a healthcare setting and who can lead by example. You must also have the capability to deputise for the team manager on occasions.
This is a full time role, working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and hybrid working options are available.
