Overview

The Marketing Program Lead with-in the Finastra Payments business unit Marketing organization is responsible for developing and executing marketing activities, programs and campaigns to strengthen the company’s market presence and generate demand for our Payments line of business. Reporting to the Head of Payments Product Marketing, the Program Marketing Lead will need a deep understanding of current trends and challenges faced by financial institutions as well as an understanding of integrated marketing efforts that deploy in a multi-channel orchestration that nurtures the buyer journey. This role partners with key stakeholders across the Product, the wider Marketing organization, and the Sales organization.


Responsibilities

Position Details

  • Initiate, develop, execute, and orchestrate marketing activities, programs and campaigns through various channels (events, digital, social & paid media) analyze performance and results and drive improvements
  • Work closely with the rest of the product marketing team on key initiatives and programs.
  • Collaborate and support field marketing, sales, and SDRs with allocating relevant content for leads and pipeline generation activities and campaigns
  • Monitor, track and analyze the Payment marketing activities against KPIs and goals. Deliver insights on all activities, including project status reports, campaign analytics and progress versus goals and produce periodic reports/updates.
  • Collaborate with and leverage corporate marketing functions on various programs, campaigns and activities.
  • Onboard suppliers and service providers, request and evaluate suppliers’ proposals, create and manage PRs, follow up on invoices and payments
  • Take part in development & delivery of marketing and value-driven, thought leadership and sales enablement content and assets in the form of web content, social media posts, blogs, brochures, whitepapers, customer case studies, videos, podcasts, etc.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software product marketing, preferably in the Financial Services/Fintech Industry
  • Proven ability to define and execute marketing programs
  • Strong leadership, project planning, management, and organizational skills
  • Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Have a deep understanding of financial services segment and category growth areas
