Payroll & Benefits Officer
* Permanent
* Up to £40,000

Oakleaf is partnering with a Large investment banking firm based in London who are recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits officer to enter and support an exciting and high-volume UK payroll function. The role will be looking to support a large and continuously expanding Payroll team with BAU work.
About the role
You will be assisting the function with end-to-end payroll processes for the UK business. The role will require you to assist with the administration of various benefits schemes. Tracking and monitoring Payroll changes. Preparing the payroll payments monthly. Dealing with stakeholder queries around the payroll and benefits The role will require you to provide support to the wider team. Looking after and processing variable Payments.
Candidate profile/Experience
The successful candidate will have experience in UK Payroll. You have prior experience working in Benefits is highly desirable. Experience is providing services to Stakeholders in the Payroll Processes. Keen to develop and grow within the role.
