Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on employee share incentives, designing and implementing share option schemes, advising on employment related securities, agreeing share valuations with HMRC, assisting clients with HMRC share scheme compliance as well as general employment tax matters.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recovery and Insolvency Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insolvency and recovery procedures, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

You will ensure statutory and procedural compliance is undertaken; supervision of junior staff, with particular emphasis on case progression and ‘on the job’ training.

Trainee Accountant – Accounts (AAT or ACA) – no agencies

The role is in our Accounts (Audit and Accounts) team and will commence in August 2024.

Assisting with accounts preparation work and basic tax computations for review by senior staff. Dealing with day-to-day queries and administration to support the smooth running of the group and helping to ensure current service standards are maintained and timeframes adhered to. You will need a minimum of three A Levels, (A or B grade) ideally in relevant subjects (maths, businesses, economics etc.), have a professional approach, good eye for detail for detail and excellent communication skills.

Trainee Tax Adviser (ATT) (August 2024 start) – no agencies

The role will commence in August 2024.

We are currently recruiting for a trainee tax adviser to join our Personal Tax team and to study towards professional qualifications (ATT/CTA). You will either be a graduate or have a minimum of 3 A levels (grade B and above), have a professional approach, good eye for detail, excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
