Earn hourly wage per tour plus tips. Wage will be decided based on applicants' experience and interview. Part-time position/seasonal/contract/hours may increase. Some training is provided as well.
About Pedal & Pour
Pedal & Pour is a unique quadracycle tour where up to 12 people can pedal their way through Walkerville, Ontario and stop at restaurants and bars along the way. The combination of friends, exercise, drinks, and the outdoors results in an exciting experience. It’s the go-to activity in major cities around the world.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must have G License Driver's License and Clean Driving Abstract. Must be at least 19 years of age or older. References required. Police Check.
Responsibilities
Entertain guests while safely navigating predetermined routes. Narrate tours and provide local tour information. Ensure customers and bikes are always safe and operating in a safe manner. Assist with minor maintenance, cleaning, and opening/closing of the facility. Follow operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
Safety-oriented – Our #1 priority is customer safety. This requires a confident and strong individual who can enforce rules when necessary. Upbeat and engaging. Responsible and safety-conscious. Punctual and extremely reliable. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Tours run rain or shine! Ability to stick to a schedule. Available to work at least 2 weekends a month on average, which could be a combo of Fri/Sun or Sat/Sun or Fri/Sun, with 4 tours (2 hrs each) per day. We are very flexible with schedules. Must be at least 19 years of age and possess a valid Ontario G driver’s license. Must have a clean motor vehicle driving record and police background check.
