Job Description

Are you an experienced Pension Communications Consultant looking for the next step in your career? Then this could be the role for you! Working within a small yet highly successful Communications team within a larger Pension and Actuarial firm your will be responsible for providing communication and engagement services to a range of external clients. This is a senior position within the team which will involve both client and team management responsibilities.


The main purpose of the role will include:

  • Client Management, working in partnership with larger clients to understand their employee’s needs, design, deliver and implement engagement strategies and provide ongoing management of the strategy.
  • People Management, line management and workflow management responsibilities for the consultancy specialists.
  • Working with colleagues within the wider business to help introduce the Comms team to new or existing clients in a business development capacity, working on written invitation to tender documents and presenting to clients and prospects.
