Key Responsibilities: Administering pension schemes on behalf of our clients, including calculating and paying benefits, managing member records, and dealing with member enquiries. Ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Providing high-quality customer service to clients and members, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Liaising with other departments within the business to ensure the smooth running of the pensions administration process Key Requirements: Previous experience in pensions administration within financial services. Strong technical knowledge of pension schemes and pension legislation. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A professional, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
