People Business Partner – FMCG – Food Production Sector – 5 days on-site
£55,000 – £60,000 + 20% bonus and good benefits package
Ideally 5 days on-site per week – flex on timings – Office based in North West London, near Park Royal (NW10) – need to live within a commutable distance.
Ideal sector background would be FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Food production.
Role will be based out of the London production site 5 days a week (poss 4), so you will be fully immersed into the buzzy day to day operations of a busy food factory.

In this role you’d be People Partner to circa 400-500 employees across 2 sites (London and Somerset)
You’ll be covering all aspects of HR end to end including ER with an admin reporting into you.
Reporting into the HR Director, this is a true business partnering role as well as keeping the nice generalist aspects of HR and projects.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced HR/People Business Partner to join our fabulous people team! As the People Business Partner, you will report into the People Director and partner with the Senior Leadership team on site.

You will work closely with the leadership teams across the site to deliver initiatives to build engagement, drive performance, and address any operational challenge areas. The Company is in a period of rapid growth and development, so you’ll need to enjoy a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks at once!

You are someone who can prioritise effectively and understand the competing requirements of the company and the site, finding the best path to ensure solutions are found to complex organisational problems. The role requires flexibility between strategic people guidance to driving day to day people agendas.
