People Culture Director Job In Rochdale

As People & Culture Director you will work with the leadership team, supporting the Chief Executive to achieve business goals, and lead the people & culture team. The role has a wide remit covering, Human Resources, People Development and Facilities, Health & Safety, Security and Maintenance, and supports divisional business units and central functions, to prosper and grow whilst ensuring they have the right people, skills and structure to succeed.

The People and Culture Team are already in a great place, with a clear strategy and annual people plan, so this role offer the opportunity to continue with this delivery, and evolve with the business, building on strong foundations and continuing to deliver a ‘people first’ agenda.
