Handle are working with an SME media brand to find a Part-Time People & Culture Manager to join the team to establish their HR function.
The role is very much a blank canvas at the moment - they've organically grown into a business with a lovely people-centric culture and a leadership team that are invested in workplace issues, DEI etc, but there is still so much more they want to achieve! The new P&C Manager will take ownership of the people operations, advise the leadership on how to continue to elevate their people strategy and culture, and be that go-to person for all employees.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with SME creative/media industry experience, who understands the challenges that come with working in the industry and can use their expert knowledge to pull everything together to create a leading people function. You will have a hands-on approach and be happy to be involved with the day-to-day!
This is a part-time opportunity, ideally 3 days a week. They do offer a hybrid model but would want someone who can be a presence in the office - based in Central London.
